Three things shape how we handle a job, and they are the reasons people tend to come back.
We tell you what we think, not what sells. If a smaller job would solve the problem, we will say so. If the thing you have asked for is not the thing you need, we would rather have that conversation before the quote than after it.
The scope goes in writing. Every service you have asked for is listed in the quote, so you can see what is included and what is not. If something on site turns out to be different from what was described, we talk to you about it rather than changing the job on our own.

We provide 24/7 emergency tree services for genuine urgent tree problems: a tree that has come down, a hanging or split limb, a tree blocking access, or storm damage that has made an area unsafe.
If that is your situation, keep clear of the area and contact us with what has happened, where it is and what it is affecting. We will not promise an attendance time before we know the situation, the location and what is already underway.

- We are not arborists and we do not present ourselves as one. We do not use the titles arborist, certified arborist, qualified arborist, Level 5 arborist or tree surgeon.
- We do not prepare, supply or arrange formal arborist reports, and we do not refer you to a report provider. Our arborist reports page explains where that leaves you.
- We do not decide council requirements or guarantee an approval outcome. Rules can vary by local council, the tree and the property. Check the current requirements with your own council if you are unsure. If a requirement has been raised for your property, tell us — we can quote the physical work once you are ready to organise it.
- We do not quote from a price list. The tree, the site and the access decide the job.
