This website is currently a private preview. The enquiry forms on it do not send anything. Nothing you type into a form while the preview notice is showing reaches us, and no enquiry details are collected through the forms.

What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the website
The enquiry form asks for your name, phone number, email address, suburb, the service you need, and a short description of the work. What you write in that description is up to you — please only include what is relevant to the job.
When you contact us directly
If you call, text or email us, we keep the details you give us about the work — your name, contact details, the property location, what the tree is doing and what you want done. If you send photos by text message, we use them to prepare a quote and do not retain them after quoting.
When you use the website
Our website is hosted by a third-party provider. Like any website, its servers receive standard technical information with each page request, such as your IP address, your browser and device type, and the page you asked for. This is how the web works, and it is not used to build a profile of you.
We do not collect payment card details through this website.
Cookies and website analytics
We do not use advertising or third-party marketing pixels. The live website uses Google Analytics to help us understand how people use the site. We do not send marketing emails or SMS messages.
If the way we use analytics changes, we will update this page before that happens.
How we use your information
We use what you give us to:
- reply to your enquiry;
- prepare and send a quote;
- ask you the questions we need answered before we can quote properly;
- arrange and carry out the work;
- invoice you and keep the records a business is required to keep; and
- deal with a question, a follow-up or a problem afterwards.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else sees it
Only the people who need to. That means the people in our business who quote, schedule and carry out the work.
We also use ordinary business services to operate — for example, the provider that hosts this website and the email service we use to send and receive messages. Those providers handle information on our behalf as part of running those services.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to deal with a serious safety issue.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and job records for as long as we need them to do the work, answer questions afterwards and meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to an Australian business. Records connected with invoicing and tax are kept for the period those laws require.
Enquiries that do not turn into work are kept only while they may still be useful, and are then removed.
Keeping your information secure
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to enquiry and job records is limited to the people in our business who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.
Asking us about your information
You can ask us to:

- correct it if it is wrong or out of date; or
- delete it, where we are not required to keep it.

Some pages link to other websites, such as council pages, safety information or our Google Business Profile. Those websites are not ours and this policy does not cover them. Their own privacy terms apply once you leave our site.
