We carry out work with the authority of the person responsible for the property the tree stands on. So when you contact us, tell us where the tree is actually growing, not only where it has landed. A tree from a neighbour's yard that has fallen into yours, or a tree on a nature strip or other public land, is a different conversation to a tree on your own property.
Who is responsible for a tree, and who pays for what, is a matter between the property owners involved and, where public land is concerned, the relevant council. Example scenario: a limb hanging over a shared driveway
Overnight wind partly breaks a large limb on a gum near the boundary of a duplex. In the morning it is still attached, hanging maybe four metres above the shared driveway both households use to reach their garages. Nothing has fallen. The tree itself looks fine.
