Contact Top Quality Tree Services

Tell us what needs attention at your Sydney property and we will prepare a free quote. Fill in the form, or call us if you would rather talk it through.

You do not need to know what the service is called. Describe what you can see, where it is and what it is affecting — that is enough to get started.

If it is urgent right now

We provide 24/7 emergency tree services for genuine urgent tree problems: a tree that has come down, a hanging or split limb, a tree blocking access, or storm damage that has made an area unsafe.

If that is your situation, call rather than filling in the form, and keep clear of the affected area. Tell us what has happened, where it is and what it is affecting. We will not promise an attendance time before we know the situation, the location and what is already underway.

Never approach a tree or branch that is on, near or tangled with powerlines, and never try to move large tree material yourself. If there is an immediate danger to life, contact emergency services first.

What to include in your enquiry

The more of this you can tell us, the more accurate the quote will be and the fewer questions we will need to come back with.

Where the property is

Your suburb and the type of property — house, unit block, strata common area or commercial site. If someone else needs to be there to give access, say so.

What needs attention

Describe the tree, stump, branches, hedge, palm, green waste or gutter issue in plain language. Roughly how big is it? Comparing it to something nearby — a single-storey roofline, a fence, a car — is more useful than a guess in metres.

What is nearby and underneath

Tell us if the work is near a roof, driveway, fence, pool, path, shed, powerline, boundary or another building, and what sits directly underneath — paving, decking, garden beds, glass or anything that has to be protected.

How the site can be reached

Mention gates and their width, side access, stairs, steep ground, shared driveways, parked vehicles, pets and anything else that affects getting to and from the work area.

Photos help, but only take them from a safe position and never from a roof, a ladder or close to an unstable tree. You cannot attach photos to the enquiry form — send them to us afterwards by text message or email. A clear written description and the property details are a perfectly good starting point.

What happens after you send it

1. We read what you have sent and check we understand it. If something is unclear or a detail is missing, we will come back to you with a question rather than guess.

2. We work out whether the job can be quoted from your description or needs a look at the site. Some jobs can be quoted from clear details and photos. Others — particularly where access, size or what is underneath is hard to judge — need a site visit.

3. You get a free quote setting out each requested service. If you asked for removal plus stump grinding, or pruning plus green-waste removal, each one is identified so you can see what is included and what is not.

4. Nothing happens until you say so. The quote is yours to consider. If you would like something changed or scoped differently, tell us and we will adjust it.

If you are not sure what to ask for

That is normal, and it is not a problem. Choose "Not sure / need help choosing" in the form and describe what you can see. If it helps to point yourself in the right direction first, the short version is:

  • branches come off, the tree stays — that is pruning;
  • the tree stays but needs to be noticeably smaller — that is usually lopping;
  • the tree goes — that is removal, and the stump is a separate service; and
  • the cutting is already done and only the material is left — that is green waste removal.

Palms, hedges and shrubs, and gutter cleaning each have their own page and their own quote.

We will confirm the right service when we prepare the quote, and we will tell you if a smaller job would do the same thing.

Things we do not do

So you are not left waiting on an answer we cannot give:

  • we do not prepare, supply or arrange formal arborist reports;
  • we do not decide council requirements or guarantee an approval outcome; and
  • we do not quote from a price list, because the tree, the site and the access decide the job.

Rules can vary by local council, the tree and the property. Check the current requirements with your own council if you are unsure. If a requirement has been raised for your property, tell us — we can quote the physical work once you are ready to organise it.

Other ways to reach us

Use whichever suits you. All three reach the same people.

  • Phone. Best for an urgent problem or when it is easier to explain out loud.
  • The enquiry form on this page. Best for planned work, because it prompts you for the details we need.
  • Text message. The easiest way to send photos.
  • Email. Fine for anything, and also a good way to send photos. The address is in the footer of every page.

Office hours are Monday to Sunday, 9am to 7pm. Outside those hours you can still call about a genuine tree emergency — we provide 24/7 emergency help. We do not promise an arrival, dispatch or response time.

Where we work

We provide Sydney-wide service, including the Eastern Suburbs, North Shore and Upper North Shore, Inner West, Northern Beaches, Western Sydney, the Hills District, South Sydney and St George, the Sutherland Shire and South-West Sydney.

Include your suburb in the enquiry. If your area is not listed on our coverage page, send it anyway — the list there is a guide, not a boundary.

Frequently asked questions

Include your suburb, what needs attention, roughly how big it is, what it is near and underneath, how the site can be accessed, and every service you need. Photos help when they are safe to take.

No. Describe the problem in plain language and choose "Not sure / need help choosing" in the form. The property details and the work you want done help us identify the right service to quote.

We read it, come back with a question if anything is unclear, and work out whether we can quote from your description or need to look at the site. You then get a free quote that sets out each requested service. Nothing goes ahead until you say so.

We do not promise a set time, because it depends on what is already underway. If your situation is urgent, call rather than using the form and say so straight away.
